Our Process

Our company has relationships with many government agencies across the country. We audit these agencies to locate sums of money owed to private citizens like yourself. If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency, and cannot be claimed after that ever again. We don’t want to see that happen to you!

If you received a letter or a phone call from us, we have located funds that we believe belong to you or a family member of yours. Please contact us to confirm that you are, in fact the recipient we’re searching for.
Once you have spoken to an agent assigned to your claim or any of our highly trained professionals, and verbally agreed to allow us to work your claim, we will then setup the time for you to meet with local notary to go over any necessary paperwork, which includes our contingency agreement, the official claim forms for the government agency, and a document allowing us to act as your agent, and deal with government agencies on your behalf. The notary will at that time inform you of the amount of your claim, and where it is being held, so you are always in a loop about what’s going on.
